The Ravens dropped their second straight game and third in their last four, losing Sunday in overtime to the Tennessee Titans.
“We’ve had two losses in a row, games which we should’ve won,” Jackson said postgame, according to reporter Sarah Ellison. “We had hiccups in the game, but we still have to keep fighting through it. That team looked like they wanted it more than us.”
The reigning NFL MVP struggled against a stingy Titans defense, completing 17 of 29 pass attempts for 186 yards, one touchdown, and one interception, while adding 51 rushing yards on 13 carries.
Baltimore amassed 530 yards of total offense, but the Ravens turned the ball over three times and settled for field goals on multiple possessions.
“We have to finish drives,” Jackson said, according to Ellison. “… We have to stop putting Tucker out there; we have to punch it in. Stop putting our defense out there.”
The dynamic quarterback also addressed his critics, saying “I feel like people want us to lose,” according to ESPN’s Jamison Hensley.
The Ravens’ tough schedule doesn’t let up any time soon, as they’ll face the undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers on the road in Week 12.
