Sanders was eventually ruled out for the remainder of the contest in the fourth quarter with the Eagles down two scores.
The 23-year-old already missed the Eagles’ season opener due to a hamstring injury. The second-year runner, who was Philadelphia’s leading rusher in 2019, had amassed 316 yards and three touchdowns on the ground entering Week 6.
He rushed for 118 yards on nine carries before being sidelined on Sunday.
The veteran has played in every game this season. The Eagles’ leading pass-catcher recorded four receptions for 33 yards against Baltimore.
